Qualifications
- A candidate must meet ALL of the below criteria
- Be a student who is enrolled full-time and pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree from an accredited college/university in a background in line with our MS Strategic Disciplines
- Be majoring in or having majored in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Math) degree
- Be available to work full-time (40 hours per week) during the 2024 Fall or 2025 Spring semester
- Be able to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite)
- The ability to obtain Special Access Program within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business needs

- Bachelor's: $18.50 to $29.75 per hour
- Master's: $26.50 to $36.50 per hour
- At Northrop Grumman, our co-op pay rates are standardized and take into account three main factors: the anticipated graduation date of the individual, the cost of labor of the geographic location, and whether the co-op is considered technical or administrative
- Salary Range: $18.50 - $29.75
- The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions
- Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay
- Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results
- Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives

Responsibilities
- Performs a variety of duties in the electronic, mechanical, electromechanical, or optical areas
- Constructs, troubleshoots, calibrates, adjusts, tests, and maintains equipment, components, devices, or systems
- Works from engineering drawings and written or verbal instructions
- Operates related equipment; conducts tests and reports data in prescribed format
- Performs calibration and alignment checks; makes adjustments, modifications, and replacements as directed; prepares prescribed compounds and solutions
