Location & Hours: This is a hybrid intern role that is based in our Charlottesville, VA or Vienna, VA (Washington, DC) or New York City office, with a required 40-hours per week; 4 days in office and 1 day remote

Collaborate with Digital Director and cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and support software needs
Identify and support the implementation of internal software improvements
Track and monitor the performance of implementations, providing insights and recommendations for optimization and continuous improvement
Build and explore software proof-of-concepts and prototypes
Recommend strategic investments in data and AI
