The ideal candidate is currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field and has a passion for technology and innovation
This is a full-time position with flexible working arrangements depending on the business need
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
Strong understanding of tech stacks: .Net, Java, Core/ASP.Net, UI Frameworks, API, Microservices, Cloud technologies (preferably Azure)
Familiarity with software development methodologies and tools
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
All work arrangements are subject to associate performance, business need and manager discretion, and may be revised as necessary

Interns will engage in meaningful work and gain insights into specific projects or tasks, providing hands-on experience, and contributing to various department initiatives
Assist in the design, development, testing, and debugging of software applications, and integrations, this can include developing enhancements or resolving bugs in existing applications
Collaborate with the development team to analyze requirements and implement solutions
Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of coding standards
Work on assigned projects and tasks, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
Document software functionalities and provide support for application improvements
Engage in Agile development processes and contribute to team meetings and discussions
Work in close partnership with architects, product management and partner teams
