Qualifications
- Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor’s or advanced degree in an applicable discipline
- Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date
- U.S Citizenship is required, as only U.S citizens are eligible for a security clearance
- Qualifications We Prefer
- Experience with C/C++ and Python
- Experience with Advanced Framework for Simulation, Integration and Modeling (AFSIM)
- Experience with Operations Analysis / Mission Engineering
- Experience in concepts such as CONOPS, system tradeoffs, threat definitions, and system of system assessments
- Experience with tools such as JIRA, Git, Subversion (SVN), Docker, Doxygen)

Responsibilities
- In this role, you will join our Mission Engineering / Operational Analysis (ME/OA) team and be a part of enabling new and novel solutions for the Connected Battlespace
- You will work alongside full-time team members to develop mission simulation and analysis capabilities
- You will assist in demonstrating our progress to key stakeholders and help grow our team by applying your unique perspective and skills in our collaborative work environment
- The capabilities you help develop will support analysis of our architectures and solutions against the real operational needs of our military customers
- Imagine being able to use high fidelity simulations to show the customer how our solutions can make their operations in the field more efficient and effective – that is what we do!
- You will gain exposure to products and portfolios across Collins Mission Systems and RTX
- You will grow your understanding of military operations
- You will learn new approaches to problem solving
- Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite
- This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products
