Basic understanding of Relational Database concepts and data migration techniques
Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes and tools

Responsibilities Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements for the data migration process ensuring a comprehensive understanding of business needs technical constraints and current business processes
Collaborate with software development teams to understand and identify the existing requirements content and structure stored in DOORS Classic and analyze the specific needs and requirements for migration to Polarion-X including downstream stakeholder impacts
Develop training materials and documentation to facilitate the onboarding of team members to Polarion-X with input and guidance of senior team members
Provide ongoing support and assistance to users during the transition phase
Participate in testing activities to validate the functionality organizational structure and performance of Polarion-X identifying and reporting any issues or discrepancies encountered
Maintain comprehensive documentation of the migration process including procedures configurations and user guides
Generate regular progress reports for stakeholders
