Actively pursuing a Bachelors or Master's in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics or a related technical field, and a strong record of academic achievement
At least one semester/quarter remaining to complete after the internship
Available to work 40 hours a week for 12 weeks
Strong interest in front-end/UI development
Familiarity with frontend JavaScript technologies including React/Redux, (nice to have: Typescript, jQuery, Backbone)
Exposure to styling web applications using CSS
Ability to learn new technologies quickly
Experience collaborating with others in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills, verbal and written

Base Pay
Base Pay: $38 per hour
Base Pay: $35 per hour
Base Pay: $31 per hour
Splunk provides flexibility and choice in the working arrangement for most roles, including remote and/or in-office roles
Please note that the base pay is a guideline and for candidates who receive an offer, the base pay will vary based on factors such as work location as set out above, as well as the knowledge, skills, year in school and experience of the candidate

Design, develop, code and test software systems, or applications within the scope of a contained, end-to-end project
Contribute through participation in agile development of project timelines, implementation design specifications, system flow diagrams, documentation, testing, and ongoing support of systems
Work under the close supervision of a mentor with weekly check-ins
