Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field (targeting December 2025 or May 2026 graduates)
Strong programming skills in at least one of the following languages: JavaScript, Java, Python
Excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
Strong teamwork and effective communication skills to convey technical concepts clearly
Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies (i.e., data structures, algorithms, unit testing, secure programming, etc.)

The Role: As a Software Engineer Intern at MicroStrategy, you will be part of an agile & vibrant software development team that goes all in to provide our customers with the most powerful, scalable, and user-friendly platforms for analytics, mobility, and actionable intelligence
You will play a key role in enabling MicroStrategy products to be best-in-breed and optimized to leverage the latest advancements in AI, ML, Cloud, Containerization & Web/Mobile technologies
This position requires the employee to work four days a week in the Tysons Corner, VA office
Work with our top-notch engineers, product owners and cross-functional teams to translate ideas into elegant, game-changing software solutions
Agile Coding: Armed with languages like JavaScript, Java, Python, you will weave magic into the code that drives our software's capabilities to new heights
Creative Problem Solving: Embrace the challenge of solving complex problems and troubleshooting real world applications of the MicroStrategy AI/BI platform
