Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree or graduate degree program at an accredited college/university in a STEM field and must have completed at least 2 years of higher education at the time of the internship (Summer 2025)
- 0-5 years of relevant experience
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance
- U.S. Citizenship is required
- Candidate must be a team player and be creative, adaptive, and excited to learn
- Knowledge or experience with C, C++, Java, or C#/.NET
- Prefer understanding of Agile software development
- Exceptional judgment capabilities and relationship management skills
- Must be able to communicate with others effectively
- Work well under pressure
- The employee must be able to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus

Responsibilities
- Supports the Science, Engineering, and Technology (SET) business unit in the development of autonomy and command and control (C2) software for uncrewed air, ground, and waterborne systems
- Learns skills related to their degree while also supporting departments across the organization with technical tasks
- Work is performed under immediate supervision and provides a real-world application of classroom knowledge
- Experience hands on work experience in support of on-going projects
- Provide administrative and technical support
- Deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment by managing time and effort across multiple projects
- Other duties as assigned
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and client service skills; ability to clearly communicate in discussions and written documents, and to deliver feedback clearly and tactfully
- Interact with a diverse array of customers and staff in a professional and courteous manner

- Regular i3 hours are 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday-Friday, however, additional hours may be required on occasion
