Applied knowledge of engineering’s first principles
Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in relevant fields
Familiarity with software build tools like Bazel, Scons, CMake, etc
Ability to write testing scripts using scripting languages (Python)
Knowledge of electrical engineering fundamentals, including circuit analysis and design

As part of the embedded software team, you will be responsible for user-facing critical features and ensuring low-level actuators meet vehicle attributes and performance targets
Develop firmware for distributed embedded systems with multiple microcontrollers
Troubleshoot and debug software issues for thermal and HVAC systems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for software integration
Design interfaces between application software and firmware
Develop controls software and algorithms
Verify software operation using hardware and debuggers at a bench and HIL level
